The Peak Fit Programme
Peak Fit Saddleworth is an 8 week diet and fitness plan that aims to help you lose weight, tone up and feel great through tailored exercise and dietary advice and sessions.
This includes an initial consultation where we will discuss your individual needs and goals and work with you to agree a personalised 8 week plan. Throughout the 8 weeks you will also have access to all of the following:
Circuits and Core Strength Classes
Tuesdays 7-8pm at Uppermill Parish Hall. £4 per session. Taking a whole body approach these high intensity interval circuit sessions are great for weight loss toning up and getting that exercise buzz! Every session includes guidance on technique and core strength to ensure the maximum benefits are received by each individual.
Outdoor Circuits
Sundays 9-10am at Dove Stone Reservoir. £3 per session. A combination of walking, jogging, sprinting, body weight exercises and exercises utilising the environment. Take part in an hours session in amazing surroundings!
Saddleworth PEAK FIT CHALLENGE
Saturday 15th February 2014!
This years challenge was a great success with 45 people taking part despite wild and wet weather!! We braved high winds to complete the Pots and Pans peak challenge and returned to the Parish Hall in Uppermill for hot homemade soup to warm very wet and cold walkers!! Coming soon the 2 Peak Challenge 2014 in early summer (lets hope for better weather!).

Vouchers start at £5 and can be made for any amount you’d like and can be exchanged for exercise classes, one to one personal training sessions, personalised diet and exercise plans or consultations with a dietitian. All sessions are delivered by an experience registered exercise professional or dietitian.
