I came on the programme to try and get focussed on healthy eating and exercise. I feel now I can achieve this and with my results I am pleased to see a change in my shape and feel this is a big confidence boost.
Ive learnt exercise can be fun and you feel great after. I have found 100% improvement in my back due to core exercise.

I felt valued, it was very personalised and I felt as though I could mention things that werent working that could therefore be tweaked and personalised. I liked the easy adaptable meal plans. I didnt have to miss out on favourite things!
